With a diverse portfolio spanning 12 companies across the UAE, we have invested in over 10 million square feet of community developments, including self-built properties, managed properties, entrusted operations, and rental properties. Our investments cover residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Maintaining a steady net profit growth annually, we have achieved continuous expansion since our inception. OUR STORY
The roots of DGM Investment trace back to 1981 when the founder’s father established an electronics manufacturing company, later named Da Guang Ming (DGM). In 1992, at just 16 years old, our founder, Tianguo Huang (Richard), inherited the business, transforming a heavily indebted factory into the largest local electronics manufacturer. Over the next decade, he played a crucial role in national infrastructure projects, including railway construction and the development of secure electronic technologies. In 2008, Mr. Tianguo Huang expanded into coal resources and service industries, and by 2015, he ventured into the UAE market, investing in leasing companies before diversifying into multiple sectors. By 2025, DGM Investment evolved into a full-spectrum real estate and multi-industry investment group. Looking ahead to 2030, our vision is to become the leading community investment group, going beyond real estate to create integrated, thriving communities.
FOUNDER'S VISION
A passionate advocate of Chinese traditional culture and a deep admirer of the rich diversity of Arabic heritage, Mr. Huang envisions a future where the wisdom of both civilizations converges to build harmonious, livable communities. Starting in Dubai, his goal is to create inclusive, sustainable neighborhoods that redefine modern living, setting a global benchmark for community development.
