On the morning of July 1, GTC Tower by DGM Archetype held a grand groundbreaking ceremony in Majan, Dubai, marking the official launch of DGM Investment’s “Headquarters Building” series. As a key milestone in the group’s continuous development strategy in Dubai, this office tower is set to inject high-quality business vitality into the Majan area.
Strategic Partnership Lays the Foundation for GTC Tower
GTC Tower represents the result of a strategic collaboration between DGM Investment and GTC Group and will serve as GTC Group’s headquarters, helping it become the only financial services institution in Dubai with a self-owned HQ building.
At the ceremony, GTC Group CEO Mr. Zheng Pingfu stated, “This building not only symbolizes our long-term commitment to Dubai but will also serve as a new platform to connect our business, unify our team, and showcase our brand.” DGM Investment Chairman Mr. Huang Tianguo congratulated the partnership, saying, “We look forward to GTC Tower becoming a new business landmark in Majan and witnessing many future achievements alongside our partners.”
