How I can postpone my cheque or replace it with cash?

For the cheque replacment or postpone services, you need to contact the company through this email tcs-fin@hi-sandy.com 10 days in advance with the request your apartment and building in details.

The related department will inform you regarding the neccesary actions and required fees.

The required fees must be paid 7 days in advance so the related team will confirm accepting your request.

In case you can not reach this email tcs-fin@hi-sandy.com, you can approach our customer case department to process your request

How I can request move out?

If you want to move out due to end of your contract, you need to inform the related team 3 months in advance of your conrtract end date through this email moveout@hi-sandy.com.

If you want to move out due to contract early termination, you need to inform the related in advance as per your contract and paying the fees as per the contract through this email moveout@hi-sandy.com.

The related department will arrange pre-inspection of your apartment to check its condition and inform you if there is any cost to renovate the apartment to return it to the original condition If there are any unpaid dues, you must pay them so that we can issue NOC for move out.

The related department will issue the NOC for your move out dated on the day of key handover, Provided that all dues are paid.

The related department will contact you to arrange the final inspection and key handover time.

When I will get my security deposite refund?

Once you move out, you need to submit the clearance of all the utlilites " Gas, DEWA, Chiller if there....etc" to this email moveout@hi-sandy.com.

The related team will calculate your final settlement, and they will contact you within 45 days from the clerence submitting date, to refund to you if the final settlement by positive or to collect from you if its by negative.

All the refund will be through cheques only.

Requirements may include a valid Emirates ID, passport (Personal) / a valid Trade Licencse, Passport, Emirates ID of the owner and additional supporting documents if required (Under Company).

How do I report maintenance issues or emergencies in a leased property?

Tenants can report maintenance issues or emergencies through our designated channels, including email talktosandy@hi-sandy.com, or emergency contact numbers at 043686329.

Can I transfer my lease to another party?

Lease transfer requests are subject to approval by the landlord and may involve certain conditions or fees as outlined in the lease agreement. Please contact us at renewal@hi-sandy.com or talktosandy@hi-sandy.com.

What happens if I need to terminate my lease early?

Early termination of the lease may incur penalties or fees based on the terms outlined in the lease agreement. Please contact our team for further assistance at moveout@hi-sandy.com.

Can I renew my lease after the initial term expires?

Yes, you may have the option to renew your lease based on the terms and conditions stated in the initial lease agreement. Please contact us at renewal@hi-sandy.com.

Do you require a security deposit for leasing a property?

Yes, a security deposit is typically required upon signing the lease agreement. The amount may vary based on the property and terms of the lease.

Can I renew my lease agreement with an automatic debit option without cheques?

No, we need to collect cheques.
